What’s your return policy?

  • Our return/exchange policy is valid for 10 days from the day the order is delivered to the shipping address provided in checkout. If a return is accepted, store credit (less shipping costs) will be issued to your account that will not expire. No refunds will be issued. To begin a return/exchange, email customerservice@citizenglory.com.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item(s) have been inspected and approved, store credit will be issue. There are no refunds on shipping costs.
